Flora Trips is committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products, including Camping Gear, Fishing Gear, Hiking Gear, and Travel Accessories. Please read our Returns & Refund Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
  • Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

Return Process

  1. Contact Flora Trips at [email protected] within 7 days of delivery to request a return.
  2. Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
  3. Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
  4. Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. Flora Trips is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Approved refunds will be processed via cash on delivery refund at your next purchase or delivery, as online payment is not applicable.
  • Refunds may take 7–14 business days to be processed depending on location.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item:

  1. Contact us immediately at [email protected] with your order details and photos of the damage.
  2. Flora Trips will arrange for a replacement or refund at no extra cost.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that have been used, altered, or damaged by the customer
  • Customized or personalized products (unless damaged)
  • Products missing original tags or packaging
