- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Customized or personalized products are not eligible for returns unless damaged or defective.

- Provide your order number, product name, and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and provide instructions for returning the product.
- Customers are responsible for the safe return of items. Flora Trips is not liable for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed via cash on delivery refund at your next purchase or delivery, as online payment is not applicable.
- Refunds may take 7–14 business days to be processed depending on location.
Damaged or Defective Items
